Synopsis:

Recently started to go train for 2.4km every morning with Kang. Today is the 10th day liao. We run on weekdays only. So 5 days per week. Weekend end rest. LOL. Sounds like a job to me. Due to running, I am sleeping before 12 midnight everyday. And waking up at 7am in the morning… lol. Healthy lifestyle?  LOL.

Every morning there will be tons of people at the park behind yishun library. Morning got a very peaceful smell. And the weather is usually good. Really want to thanks Kang for accompany me to run. During this short period I improved a lot.

Sec 4 - 2.4km - 20+ mins. Near 30 mins also have.
Early this year - 2.0km - 18 mins
1st day of training - Around 1.6km - 13 mins
5th day of training - Around 1.6km - 9 mins
10th day of training - 2.4km - 13mins 

I am actually quite happy with the results. Last time sec 4 really is cannot run. Now I think back, I think is just a mental problem. Because my physical size is nearly around the same as sec 4. Just that my mental cannot endure the whole 2.4km and I gave up running before I reached the ending line.

Really thanks to Kang who keep on telling me cannot stop running. Once you stop is bwang liao. At 1st we run a path which I estimate is 1.6km la. Then later we went to the mountain top to run. The mountain top got marking. Each round is 400m. So need run 6 rounds for 2.4km. But for me to run 6 rounds in 13mins is like using Ban Kai liao. I am reaching my limit. X_X. Hope by next week I can endure maybe 8 rounds?

Kang is going in NS next wed. So nobody will accompany me to run and be a standard pace marker for me. So now I wanna ask anybody interested in running? Time is either morning around 7.45am. Or evening to night time. Around 7pm. Location will be the park behind yishun library. Other place can consider la. But preferbably is yishun. Don wan go CCK to run. LOL. Anybody interested? LOL.

Many many moons ago, Chris said wanna go out and eat together. Then I say ok. But their schdule very hard to meet up. So drag until many moons later, we finally comfirmed a date for dinner.

Sauce Katsu Set

↑ The katsu portion is big. Eat until ending very sian. The sauce is also a bit too salty. But eat liao very full. There is a usual price and unusual price because its supposed to be usual price but Chris paid 1st and ask us to pay $17.50 nia. Think she absorbed a few dollars from each of us. So its very unusual. LOL.

Kang: Then your 1st and 2nd daughter name got link one or not? If got link then 3rd one also must link.

Cat: Both of their name got the word qing behind. Something qing. Something qing.

Me: Hmm… I can only think of one name right now… Fei yu qing.  =X

LOL. Very lame. I really don’t have ideas for good name. Anybody have nice names to contribute? For boy and gal also can. Please don say your own name. I play this one until so lame liao. Use again wont be funny… LOL.

Today went to the Singapore Toy and Comics Convention at Suntec. I went there near evening time and the queue was damn long lar. End up I didn’t even bother about my pre-registered passport since we can enter without the passport.

The place was damn crowded lor. Very hot inside. See those sardines trap in the area… see liao also sian. No mood to walk. We just rougly browse through. I see so many people taking photo, so decided not to take photos. Just see from other people’s blog or forum… LOL.

After the show we went to eat dinner. Wanted to eat steamboat but very crowded. 6pm, 5 person only. Ask us to wait until 7.30pm. WTF. 5 person is very small group liao lor. End up eat cafe cartel. Then later went to boat quay there to chill. Went to a bar call Bar-ra-cuda.

 
↑ Ordered one jug of beer. Kronenbourg 1664 is quite nice. Not so bitter like Tiger and other crap.

↑ Ordered Tequila Sunrise. A type of cocktail. Actually quite nice. The alcohol taste is not very strong. My camera not good in dark room. >.<

Actually I am quite interested to try all the cocktails. Always drink red wine, white wine, beer… very sian. Cocktails taste nicer. We all started to play game and those who lose will need to drink it. End up its not like forfeit since the cocktail is nice and people don mind losing. >.<

And please avoid the mocktail call Virgin Mary. It’s actually a non-alcoholic version of the Bloody Mary. This is what I read from wikipedia… LOL. Although I never tried the Bloody Mary, Karkar go order the Virgin Mary. End up self pwn. Look at the receipe yourself…

Fill a glass with ice.

Add:

• 1 tsp Horseradish
• 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
• Dash of lime juice
• 3 dashes of celery salt
• 3 dashes of pepper
• 1 oz clam juice (optional)

Fill with tomato juice.

Pour from one glass to another until mixed.

Garnish with lemon juice and/or lime, celery and/or cucumber and/or cocktail shrimp.

Like this comfirm die one. I drink one mouth only. Wah lan. Taste like tomato sauce with pepper. And the tomato sauce is very concentrated. Damn yucky. I cannot take it… =X   Remember little kids, Virgin Mary is for people with balls to drink one. I rather drink Bloody Mary which they use vodka instead of tomato sauce. Maybe next time order it as a forfeit for games… LOL.
